DLD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and ETS-1. Each is linked with DLD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLD-to-partner and partner-to-DLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by DLD-low versus DLD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
