DKK4

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,344 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDAR, POLB, and MYH7B. Each is linked with DKK4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKK4-to-partner and partner-to-DKK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DKK4 versus EDAR in PAAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
