Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,824 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKK4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Regulation of protein complex stability, and Regulation of animal organ morphogenesis. Each is linked with DKK4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKK4-to-partner and partner-to-DKK4 results are reported.
