DKK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4462, RNA5SP419, and RPL34P36. Each is linked with DKK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKK4-to-partner and partner-to-DKK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4462 grouped by DKK4-low versus DKK4-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DKK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DKK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
