DKC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6780A, RN7SKP59, and RNA5SP408. Each is linked with DKC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKC1-to-partner and partner-to-DKC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6780A grouped by DKC1-low versus DKC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DKC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DKC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
