DIS3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIS3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,940 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIS3L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC41, MYEF2_S17, and FGR. Each is linked with DIS3L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIS3L-to-partner and partner-to-DIS3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIS3L versus LRRC41 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIS3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIS3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
