DIS3L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIS3L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,369 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIS3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNRC1, LINC02328, and ALG1. Each is linked with DIS3L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIS3L-to-partner and partner-to-DIS3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIS3L versus PNRC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIS3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIS3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
