DIS3L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIS3L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIS3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with DIS3L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIS3L-to-partner and partner-to-DIS3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by DIS3L-low versus DIS3L-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIS3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIS3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
