Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIS3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,574 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIS3L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytokinesis, Protein polymerization, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with DIS3L in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIS3L-to-partner and partner-to-DIS3L results are reported.
