DIRAS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRAS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,979 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-884P, KCNH1-IT1, and DUXAP2. Each is linked with DIRAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRAS1-to-partner and partner-to-DIRAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIRAS1 versus RNU6-884P in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
