Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02673 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02673 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02673 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC02673 RNA expression shows 7,108 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight TGCT, KIRC, and THYM as cancer lineages where LINC02673 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
