DIAPH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIAPH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,775 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIAPH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TFDP1_S23, TOP2A, and CDK1. Each is linked with DIAPH3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIAPH3-to-partner and partner-to-DIAPH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIAPH3 versus TFDP1_S23 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIAPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIAPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
