DHX8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,324 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, TCF19, and EIF4BP1. Each is linked with DHX8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX8-to-partner and partner-to-DHX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by DHX8-low versus DHX8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
