DHX37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX37-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM191A, CLN6, and AKT1. Each is linked with DHX37 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX37-to-partner and partner-to-DHX37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM191A grouped by DHX37-low versus DHX37-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX37→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
