Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,238 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMFB, EXOC8, and PPM1A. Each is linked with DHRS7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS7-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS7 results are reported.
