DHRS7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,701 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECT2, SMC3, and ARHGDIB. Each is linked with DHRS7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS7-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHRS7 versus ECT2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
