DHRS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,912 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, LIN28AP2, and IGHD1-20. Each is linked with DHRS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS7-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P19 grouped by DHRS7-low versus DHRS7-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
