The most reproducible DHRS7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein catabolic process at synapse, Protein catabolic process at postsynapse, and Endosome to lysosome transport. Each is linked with DHRS7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS7-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS7 results are reported.
