Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS4-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,877 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS4-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR77, SSRP1, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with DHRS4-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS4-AS1 results are reported.
