Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHRS4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DHRS4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher DHRS4-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHRS4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

BRCA, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where DHRS4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
