DHRS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,263 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFL2, OR2S1P, and ST8SIA1. Each is linked with DHRS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS2-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHRS2 versus IGFL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
