DHRS11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,928 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, WRNIP1, and CHERP. Each is linked with DHRS11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS11-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHRS11 versus LIG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
