Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,553 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DHRS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, JAK3, and ABHD14B. Each is linked with DHRS11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS11-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHRS11 versus ZNHIT3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
