Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHRS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,687 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Estrogen biosynthetic process, Angiogenesis, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with DHRS11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS11-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS11 results are reported.
