DHCR7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHCR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,202 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHCR7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FASN, FDFT1, and KPNA2. Each is linked with DHCR7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHCR7-to-partner and partner-to-DHCR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHCR7 versus FASN in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHCR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHCR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
