DHCR24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHCR24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,441 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHCR24-associated genes across cancer lineages are THOC3-AS1, MIR920, and MIR183. Each is linked with DHCR24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHCR24-to-partner and partner-to-DHCR24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THOC3-AS1 grouped by DHCR24-low versus DHCR24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHCR24→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHCR24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
