Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGUOK-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,826 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGUOK-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF4, CDC73, and ADNP. Each is linked with DGUOK-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGUOK-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DGUOK-AS1 results are reported.
