Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,159 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DGKQ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Progesterone biosynthetic process, Regulation of autophagy of mitochondrion, and Negative regulation of peptidyl-threonine phosphorylation. Each is linked with DGKQ in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKQ-to-partner and partner-to-DGKQ results are reported.
