DGKQ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKQ protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,812 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKQ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUDS3, SUPT5H, and DHX9. Each is linked with DGKQ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKQ-to-partner and partner-to-DGKQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKQ versus SUDS3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
