Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGKQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,493 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKQ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to bile acid, Clathrin coat disassembly, and Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with DGKQ in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKQ-to-partner and partner-to-DGKQ results are reported.
