DGKD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,966 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKD-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRM, USP12-AS2, and TUBB4A. Each is linked with DGKD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKD-to-partner and partner-to-DGKD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKD versus NRM in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
