DES

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DES mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,670 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DES-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS18B, RNU6-835P, and LINC01047. Each is linked with DES in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DES-to-partner and partner-to-DES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18B grouped by DES-low versus DES-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DES→partner) and Y-score (partner→DES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
