DEPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1AC1P, RNY1P12, and MIR320D1. Each is linked with DEPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEPP1-to-partner and partner-to-DEPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1AC1P grouped by DEPP1-low versus DEPP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
