The most reproducible DENND6A-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNASEH2A, CSTF2T, and EIF3J_S127. Each is linked with DENND6A-AS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND6A-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DENND6A-AS1 results are reported.
