DENND2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,008 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DENND2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, CAV1, and AGO3. Each is linked with DENND2C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND2C-to-partner and partner-to-DENND2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DENND2C versus RAI14 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
