Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND2C RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DENND2C data layer compared with 11 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DENND2C RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UVM show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where DENND2C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
