DEK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,676 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-62P, NEK4P3, and SFPQP1. Each is linked with DEK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEK-to-partner and partner-to-DEK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-62P grouped by DEK-low versus DEK-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
