DEFT1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEFT1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEFT1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOT1L, MT1G, and ZNF384. Each is linked with DEFT1P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFT1P2-to-partner and partner-to-DEFT1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOT1L grouped by DEFT1P2-low versus DEFT1P2-high in KIRC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEFT1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEFT1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
