Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEFB126 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DEFB126-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNM1P28, CTBP2P9, and OR4K17. Each is linked with DEFB126 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFB126-to-partner and partner-to-DEFB126 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNM1P28 grouped by DEFB126-low versus DEFB126-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEFB126→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEFB126) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
