Q-omics provides the consensus-scored DEFB104B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. DEFB104B expression is associated with patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Additionally, DEFB104B RNA expression shows 3,346 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight UCS, and ESCA as cancer lineages where DEFB104B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
