DEFA1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEFA1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEFA1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMPCA, BTRC, and KRCC1. Each is linked with DEFA1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFA1B-to-partner and partner-to-DEFA1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PMPCA grouped by DEFA1B-low versus DEFA1B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEFA1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEFA1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
