DEFA10P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEFA10P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,352 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEFA10P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation, DNA methylation-dependent heterochromatin formation, and Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation. Each is linked with DEFA10P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFA10P-to-partner and partner-to-DEFA10P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation grouped by DEFA10P-low versus DEFA10P-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEFA10P→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEFA10P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
