Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DEF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUXAP3, UBE2D3P4, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with DEF8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEF8-to-partner and partner-to-DEF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUXAP3 grouped by DEF8-low versus DEF8-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
