Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX59-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,058 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX59-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA 3'-end processing, Mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase assembly, and Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane. Each is linked with DDX59-AS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX59-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DDX59-AS1 results are reported.
