Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX59-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX59-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DDX59-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX59-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and LGG show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where DDX59-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
