Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX3X RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,118 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX3X-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF407, ATXN1L, and ALG11. Each is linked with DDX3X in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX3X-to-partner and partner-to-DDX3X results are reported.
