Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX3X RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,159 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX3X-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein location in cell, Regulation of autophagosome assembly, and Regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with DDX3X in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX3X-to-partner and partner-to-DDX3X results are reported.
