Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX3X protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,931 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDX3X-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA5BP1, USP9Y, and USP9X. Each is linked with DDX3X in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX3X-to-partner and partner-to-DDX3X results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX3X→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX3X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
