DDX3X

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX3X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,750 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX3X-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F1, CAMKK2, and PRKAR2A. Each is linked with DDX3X in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX3X-to-partner and partner-to-DDX3X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX3X→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX3X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
