Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,512 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX3P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell projection assembly, Positive regulation of translation, and Positive regulation of amide metabolic process. Each is linked with DDX3P2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX3P2-to-partner and partner-to-DDX3P2 results are reported.
